In Rotation: the Booze Edition
Valentine Vodka (Detroit, MI, currently my favorite vodka, though I don’t drink much vodka) : Wild Turkey 101 (one of the old standbys) : Early Times 354 (highly drinkable under $15 [!] bourbon - if you’re going cheap, this is one way to go, just don’t forget the ice) : Michael Collins Irish whiskey (one of my brothers was ranting about this, but I’m just not down with Irish whiskey) : Old Grand Dad 100 : Old Fitzgerald (there is so much good bourbon under $25!) : 45 North Cabernet Sauvignon (it’s wine … what do I know?) : Jameson’s (I like Michael Collins better than this) : BBC Saison Farmhouse Ale (my beer of the summer 2011) : BBC Brown Ale : Bell’s Oberon Ale : Upland Wheat Ale (Bloomington IN brewer, I like this better than the Oberon) : Siren Amber Ale, North Peak Brewing Co. (meh) : Short’s Nicie Spicie (all the Short’s beers are first rate, and very individualistic) : La fin du monde (sure, why not?) : Kentucky Ale (super sweet, a little creamy, kinda nice) : Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale (even sweeter, with a bourbon kick, and a strong back) : BBC Bourbon Barrel Stout (dark and wonderful, with the thick stout rounded out with sweet, sweet corn)
